And today we will cook Kulajda our typical check mushroom soup

And because i want to safe my time, I used the receipt from very nice czech blog, so keep following this receipt and your tasting papilas will have orgasm 🙂

What will you need

Recept na “Pravou jihočeskou kulajdu”
  • hrst čerstvých hub (hřiby, křemenáče, lišky) = mushrooms
  • 6 větších brambor  =potatoes
  • špetka kmínu = kumin
  • nové koření
  • černý pepř (po třech kuličkách) = pepper
  • 2 bobkové listy = laurel leaf
  • hrnek smetany (hustá kysaná je do kulajdy jako dělaná) = cup of sour cream
  • hladké mouky na 2 lžíce = soft flour
  • 1 až 2 lžíce octa = vinegar
  • 4 čerstvá vejce = eggs
  • sekaný kopr nesmí chybět (čerstvý, sušený, mražený) =  cutted dill
