Hormones run the moms live – restless days and awaken nights :)

How the hormones keep moms alife and protect us against collapse?

kvetinkaI just had a nice chat with my female friends who is pregnant and she has thousand of questions  related to the giving births and infant care just after and how the things go. I think that most of the parents which expect their first babies know this feeling. It is great time on one  hand but also with the tinge of uncertainty and expectation on the other hand. You know that something big should come, the biggest change of your life. But how it will feel and how it will be? You have no idea what is coming and I think that is actually much better. Because the nature knows how to prepare mom to cope with many new things. Everybody can share personal experience but this is nothing compare to your own.

My friend main fear was that she is going to sleep only few hours per day, that she is used to sleep between 8-10 hours normally and this period might end. I don’t want to scare  you or anything but probably there is smaller amount of babies which really sleep about 16-20 hours per day and whole nights since they are born. Most of them is awake every 2-3 hours asking for food, care or just change. But Do not worry at all, nature is miraculous. It gave us hormones which make us stronger than bulls and more efficient than the perpetum-mobile 🙂 The fact is that even sleeping 3 hours per day sometimes more sometimes less I do not feel tired, I even do not look tired………..amazing. And I am performing every daily activity as I was used to. So do not worry about your energy and that you will feel tired. You will actually learn to rest with your baby.

As I said nature knew how to design moms to cope with anything. Just follow your feelings and if you need to rest ask your closest once to take care about your angel for a while.

Big thanks to MOTHER NATURE 🙂
