How to stay in good shape after having baby-part 1- biceps

Exercising with our babies

I know how it feels to be young and have a baby. Your belly (and not just belly) grows like hell and instead of 60 cm around your waist you have easily 100 cm as I had and you can have much more 🙂 Simply you feel like elephant. Heavy and funny :)…..Nothing against elephant, they are beautiful!

And who would like to stay after giving birth with belly skin big such as bag for 50Kg potatoes. I think that all of the mums would like to stay fit and beautiful. We like to feel good and in good shape!
That’s why I was thinking what to do to shape my body back even I did not have time to go to gym. I also did not have money to pay expensive sport trainer. And my free time shrunk into 2 times 30 min in the day when my darling fall asleep and than few hours over night. But who would like to be exercising after whole day of running around the kid. Practically nobody can have some energy left if you have baby as I do…………simply hyper active, constantly exploring and moving around the whole flat.

I started to think which exercises I can do within the day to shape myself nicely and let my son to enjoy with me. I practically “used” him instead of  weight. My daily training is very interactive and I am happy that my son can enjoy with me.

I hope that my exercises will be inspiration for you and believe me I will keep thinking and posting more exercises which I do with my son.

So because having strong hands is crucial in mums life I am sharing as first few exercises for strengthening your bicipital musculus.
